We provide contract code compliance services primarily to smaller communities that do not have a full time Fire Marshal or whose fire prevention divisions could use extra manpower or experience. In any jurisdiction, we are able to provide over site from the inception of design through final certificate of occupancy on any size project either on behalf of the owner, architect or general contractor.
Project Management
We offer direct oversight of fire alarm, fire sprinkler and life safety features from the beginning of a new construction project through certificate of occupancy.
Inspections
We offer Fire and Life Safety Code inspections on new construction and existing facilities, and annual inspections on hospitals, assisted living, skilled nursing, day care and detention facilities.
